Need it in time for the holidays? We’ve got you covered. Here’s everything you need to know about our holiday shipping schedule so you can receive your order before December 24, 2025. Even last-minute shoppers can get their gifts under the tree if they order before the deadlines below. Orders placed after the dates and times listed cannot be guaranteed for holiday delivery:

T2 Countries: December 18, 2025 – Order before 10:00 AM CET

T3 Countries: December 17, 2025 – Order before 10:00 AM CET

EXPRESS SHIPPING – ORDER DEADLINES:

T1 Countries: December 22, 2025 – Order before 9:00 AM CET

T2 Countries: December 19, 2025 – Order before 9:00 AM CET

UK: December 18, 2025 – Order before 9:00 AM CET

T3 Countries: Express shipping is not available.

Shipping Policy:

From Monday to Friday, orders confirmed before 12 p.m. / 12h00 (CET) are handled during that day. If your order is confirmed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays in France & Netherlands**, it is going to be handled on the Monday or first working day after. ***

For standard deliveries, Colissimo is introducing the “contactless signature” to simplify deliveries. You will receive a 6-digit code and a QR code to give to the driver so that he can hand over your parcel. When ordering, please ensure that your e-mail address and cell phone number are included. Without this, and without the transmitted code, your parcel cannot be delivered.

Orders under £150:

• Standard Colissimo Post Service (4 to 7 Business Days) = £9.00
• Express DHL (3 to 4 Business Days) = £14.00

Orders over £150:

• Standard Colissimo Post Service (4 to 7 Business Days) = Free
• Express DHL (3 to 4 Business Days) = £5.00
